Sport Business Poland Congress. Another event where Zetly appeared! At the Congress, our company was represented by Marcin Szostak, Heads of Sports Partnership, with a lecture “NFT and blockchain technology — how to use their potential to engage sports fans?” Marcin presented the goals of our All in One platform and the benefits that clubs can get when they join it in the future. Marcin also talked about the NFT market in sports and the use of blockchain technology for various activities, including tokenization of clubs and federations. We also presented the advantages of the NFT Sport Hub application that Zetly is working on.
The entire event was divided into 5 different blocks aimed at different recipients — sports organizations, sports sponsors, local government units, sports facilities and centers and the entertainment industry. Particularly interesting was the debate on the report “New technologies in sport” published by the Startup Poland Foundation. It was attended by Olgierd Cieślik — President of Totalizator Sportowy, Mikołaj Różycki — Deputy President at PARP, Mateusz Lentowczyk — CEO & Founder at TISA Group and Mateusz Szala — COO & Co-Founder at ReSpo.Vision. What was the most interesting about this panel? The answer to the question of where the sport is heading. As pointed out by Mateusz Szala, “In many places around the world, work is underway to transfer fans into the sports metaverse in the near future. All technologies that use the metaverse, AR or VR are the future of sport and will constitute a new dimension of emotions”. This is another proof that new technological solutions will change the world of sport. In addition, this is another proof that Zetly, by proposing solutions based on the blockchain network and the metaverse, will be one of the leaders of these changes. In total, the Congress was attended by over 900 participants and 90 experts. At the end of the congress, 16 categories of Sport Biznes Polska Awards were presented. The gala when the prizes will be awarded will take place on 21st March 2023 in Warsaw.
It is also worth adding that during the Congress, Zetly joined Sport Biznes Polska, becoming one of the members supporting the activities of this association. This is our next membership in a network of expert organizations, sponsors and technology companies working for the development of sport.
